Plantacote Controlled Released Fertilizer differs from other CRF’s, primarily due to a state-of-the-art coating technology developed in Germany. Plantacote’s unique tough and resilient coating membrane provides a very safe release mechanism, even under the most adverse conditions. Mechanical abrasion and extreme cold won’t damage the coating. And even under very hot conditions there is no risk of flash release, thus avoiding the potential for salt burn, making Plantacote the safest choice for crops.

The coating has has a high degree of elasticity, thus reducing the potential for mechanical damage during mixing. This means you can put nearly twice the pressure on a Plantacote prill than competing products, and it will not break.
